Despite requesting service, we had to wait too long for basic supplies like towels. The minor odor upon entry was an unwelcome surprise, taking a moment to air out. Overall, enjoying meals in our suite while being steps from Charleston's charm made for a great stay but I hope they will address these concerns for future guests.
